Cheryl Ann Lieffers' Obituary
Cheryl Ann Lieffers, affectionately known as “Miss Cheryl”, passed away at Trinity Health – Muskegon Hospital on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at the age of 69. She was born on November 6, 1956 in Muskegon to Roger Earl and Donna Mae (Vroman) Wright and lived most of her life in the Muskegon area. Cheryl worked the past 8 years in home healthcare for Martell Co. Cheryl was well loved by her family and friends with whom she enjoyed spending much of her time. Survivors include her 2 children, Richard Lee Smith, Kristina Ann Smith; 3 grandchildren, Jonathan (Alyssa) Smith, Jessica Smith, Hunter Smith; 6 great-grandchildren, Maverick, Maddison, Mackenna, Faye, Travis, Serenity; her mother, Donna Mae Vroman; 1 brother, Roger Wright; and 1 sister, Brenda Wright. She was preceded in death by her father, Roger Wright; and her sister, Debra “Charlie Girl” Wright. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, February 13, 2026 at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 S.
