Cindy Lou Miesch's Obituary
Mrs. Cindy Lou Miesch, age 59, passed away unexpectedly Monday, September 3, 2018. She was born in Muskegon on July 10, 1959 to Robert and Barbara (Gibes) Chaffee. Cindy grew up in Whitehall and attended Whitehall Public Schools where she participated in track. She was employed by Structural Concepts for 23 years. Cindy enjoyed traveling, playing BINGO, and trips to the casino. She loved Halloween and Christmas, and especially enjoyed time spent with family. On November 10, 1988, Cindy married Joseph J. Miesch and he survives her along with three children, Bessie Rose Davis, Barbara J. Simmons, Joseph Robert Miesch; two step-daughters, Melissa Jo (Walter) Gram and Rebecca Kay Miesch-Mathers;11 grandchildren, Airiana, Paige, Isabel, Harper, Willow, Kylie, Dylan, Kayci, Clayton, Rebecca, and Shauna; her father, Robert Chaffee, Sr.; five brothers, Robert (Debra) Chaffee, Jr., Pete (Deb DeVries) Chaffee, Jeff (Laura) Chaffee, Jonathan (Ria) Chaffee, and Timothy (Katrina) Chaffee; two sisters, Brenda Chaffee and Jude Thomas; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Chaffee; step-mom, Rosella Chaffee; and brother, Bruce Chaffee. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be 3:00 PM Thursday, September 6, 2018 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., 231-798-1100 with Rev. Thomas Beeghly officiating.
