CINDY LOUISE (wife of Carl)

Mrs. Cindy Louise Barber, age 55, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2006 at her home. Cindy was born June 17, 1950 to Melvin and Louise (Jett) Griswold in Muskegon. On August 30, 1979, she married Carl Barber in Muskegon. Cindy had been employed as a beautician but her greatest love was art. She was an award winning artist working in several mediums including painting and sculpting. Her work is on permanent display at Muskegon Community College. She also enjoyed photography, landscaping and travel. Cindy SURVIVORS include her husband, Carl; 3 children, Nate (Mandi) Barber, Amy (Jared) Weathers, all of Muskegon and Brigitte (Kenny) Dodge of Twin Lake; 7 grandchildren, Nathan, Jacob & Isaac Barber, Sarah & Jared Jr. Weathers, Ashley & Madalyn Dodge; mother and father, Mel & Louise Griswold; 1 brother, Dennis Griswold; 5 brothers-in-law, Don, John, Mike, Serge and Pat; 6 sisters-in-law, Rosemary, Judy, Carol, Laura, Cookie and Gail; a great friend, Joan Collis and numerous nieces and nephews. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 11 AM Thursday, January 19, 2006 at Wolf Lake United Methodist Church, 370 Vista Terrace, with Pastor Bobby Cabot officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, 2-4 and 6-8 PM at
