Clayton "Clay" Langlois' Obituary
Clayton Patrick-Alan “Clay” Langlois, age 21, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, February 9, 2019. He was born September 14, 1997 in Muskegon and was a 2015 Mona Shores High School graduate. Clay worked for Tower Laboratories, LTD in Montague and on July 14, 2018, married the former Alicia Renae Crain in Kent City, MI. As a young man, he was baptized at Life Change Church and was very much loved by the congregation. Clay was an avid reader, runner, and video game player. He loved being outdoors, liked to grill and cook, had a great sense of humor, and enjoyed helping others. Clay will be missed by many. SURVIVORS include his wife, Alicia “Miss P.”; parents: Eric “Padre” and Carrie “Mama” Langlois of Twin Lake; 3 siblings: Preston, Madison, and Ashton; grandparents: Tom “Papa Tom”, Kim “Nina”, Barb “Gma”, Glen “Grandpa”; great-grandparents: Elease “Grannie”, Amber “Nanny”; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Steve “Pops” and Denise “Ma” Crain of Muskegon; 3 sisters-in-law: Becky (Jon), Jennifer (Mike), Stephanie (Josh); many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family; and his beloved dog, Gandalf. Clay was preceded in death by his great-grandpa, Berchel Clayton “Papa”. A Celebration of Clay’s Life will be held 11:00 AM Friday, February 15, 2019 at Life Change Church, 3084 Whitehall Rd., Muskegon, MI 49445. VISITATION with the family will be from 5-8 PM Thursday, February 14, 2019 at The Sytsema Chapel of Sytsema Funeral and Cremation Services, 737 Apple Ave., Muskegon, MI 49442 (231) 726-5210.
