Mr. Cody "Jered" Silvey's Obituary
Cody “Jered” Silvey, 30, passed away unexpectedly on January 7, 2017 in Muskegon. Cody attended Orchard View High School, graduating in the class of 2005. He is survived by his sister, Cailee (Jordan) Kowalski; his Grandma Dawn, Little Grandma Mund, Grandpa Beerdrink, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. He was preceded in death by his Grandpa Mund; and both parents, Renae and Gerald Silvey. Cody was fun loving and brought a lot of laughter to everyone around him. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his friends and family. He will be greatly missed. A memorial gathering and visitation with Cody’s family will be held Monday evening, January 16, from 6-8 PM at The Sytsema Chapel, 737 Apple Ave., (231) 726-5210. Contributions in memory of Cody may be made to the West Michigan Wildlife Association.
