Mrs. Colleen "Sandy" Maxwell -Trach's Obituary
Mrs. Colleen Mary “Sandy” Maxwell-Trach, age 61, passed away Thursday, September 8, 2016, at the Harbor Hospice Poppen Residence, after battling cancer since February. Sandy was born March 24, 1955 to Harold and Marian (Johnson) Maxwell in Lakewood, CA. She had been employed at Adac Automotive, Bob Evans, and most recently McDonald’s on Apple and Mill Iron, where she was known as the “Burrito Lady”. Sandy was a Harley Rider, taking trips with David and a few close friends, all across the country. She also enjoyed sewing and crafting. Sandy loved her dogs, especially her Yorkie, Sprocket. Sandy is survived by her husband, David Trach; her son, Billy Houser; a brother, Timothy Maxwell; a sister, Jan (John) Schreiber; sister-in-law Theresa Trach-Goll; nephew, Michael Maxwell; niece, Jessica (Scott) Sheldon; great-niece, Maresa; and her Yorkie, Sprocket. Sandy was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Walter Maxwell. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 3pm Sunday, November 6th, 2016 at the VFW Post 446, 165 S. Getty Street.
