Mrs. Constance Lou Jennings' Obituary
Mrs. Constance “Connie” Jennings, age 83, passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at her home. Connie graduated from A.E. Smith High School (Riverview High School) in 1953. She loved to cook, decorate, feed the birds and watch butterflies. She was involved with several charities and loved to travel with her husband, especially to their favorite place, Hilton Head Island. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles R. Hale and Grace E. Theide; and her siblings, Thelma Beverly, Charlotte Beverly, Rhoda Ramsay, Charles Hale and Fredrick Hale. She is survived by her beloved husband of 64 years, Charles L. Jennings; her children, Charles Mike Jennings (Kathy), Catherine (Tad) Renard, and her grandchildren; Laura Jennings, Anthony Jennings (Rachael), Britney Shirshekar (J.D.), Ashley Renard and Brady Renard. She also has one great-grandchild, Layla Shirshekar. She was the matriarch of the Jennings family and will be sorely missed. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 3PM at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., 49444, 231-798-1100.
