Constance L. "Connie" Boukamp's Obituary
Mrs. Constance L. “Connie” Boukamp, 63, passed away Sunday morning in Grand Rapids. Born Nov. 14, 1945, she lived all her life in the Grand Rapids area. She had been a legal secretary for attorney Norman Kravitz until his retirement, and worked in the Friend of the Court office in Grand Rapids the last two years. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and the Franciscans. Connie married Frank Boukamp in 1985 and he survives her along with two children: Dominik and Cassi Boukamp; two grandchildren: Corey and Brenna Haff; and a great granddaughter, Vanessa Vonkutzleben. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son Patrick Reagen; a daughter, Colleen Boukamp; and three sisters: Judy Stanley, Bonnie Delis, and Susie Hendrickson. Connie will be remembered in many ways, but especially for her love of her family. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday at The Lee Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc., 6291 S. Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI 49444 (half-mile North of Pontaluna Rd.), (231)-798-1100, with Pastor Mike Connell officiating. Friends may meet the family there for one hour prior to the service.
