Courtney Dean Oudsema's Obituary
Miss Courtney Dean Oudsema, age 5, died Wednesday, August 1, 2007, with her cousin, Serenity Geraldine Meinders, while they were playing outside. Courtney was born October 23, 2001 in Muskegon to Chillum R.D. Oudsema and Kristina M. Pugh. Courtney is survived by her parents; brothers and sister, Koty Rogers, Ethan Pugh, Hannah Nickelsen; paternal grandparents, Theresa and David Larabee, Dave Riley, Noel R.D. Oudsema; maternal grandparents, Michael and Cheryl Pugh; paternal great-grandfather, LeRoy Meinders; aunts and uncles, William Parker and Laurie Stevens, Marene and Alejandro Cisneros, Ryan Riley; Jennifer and Robert Bromley, Tammy Pugh, Kelly Pugh, Vicky Pugh; special uncle, Brian Meinders; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Merle Meinders; uncle, Daniel Booth; and cousins, Serenity Geraldine Meinders, Alejandrina Cisneros, Trinity Bromley, and Danny Meinders. A FUNERAL SERVICE for Courtney and Serenity will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at Fellowship Reformed Church with Rev. Greg VanderMeer officiating. INTERMENT will follow at Egelston Township Cemetery. VISITATION will be held one hour prior to the service, 12-1 PM Tuesday, at the church. MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS may be directed to the family.
