Curtis A. Lorenz's Obituary
Curtis A. “Curt” Lorenz, age 62, passed away Monday, July 27, 2020. He was born February 3, 1958 in Muskegon to Jack A. and Reta R. (Musil) Lorenz and was a lifelong resident. Curt worked many years for Eagle-Ottawa Leather and since that time has been the primary caretaker for his wife and lifelong companion, Susan Vallier. Curt was a God-fearing man and lived his life putting others first. He was loving and forgiving to his family and friends as he lived a grace-filled life. Curt loved the outdoors and was an avid deer hunter. He will be greatly missed. Survivors include his wife and lifelong companion, Susan Vallier; his son, Justin Drake; his granddaughter, Lillian Drake; 2 brothers, Mike (Georgia) Lorenz, Rich Lorenz; his sister, Peggy Sue Lorenz; and his best friend, Steve Marshall. He was preceded in death by his parents. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, July 31, 2020 at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey St, Norton Shores, MI 49442.
