I am saddened by the loss of an old neighborhood friend. Growing up together on quiet little Jarman St. in the Hts. gave us lots of time to make friends and of course, to get into trouble. I know Cindy was loved by many and adored her dogs. I am so sorry for family. Hugs and kisses.
