Dagmar E. Lemieux's Obituary
Mrs. Dagmar E. Lemieux, age 99, passed away early Friday morning, June 23, 2006 at home. She was born October 30, 1906 in Republic, MI, and lived in the Muskegon area for most of her life. Many years ago she taught at Nims School, and she also taught physically handicapped children in her home. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church, loved the outdoors, gardening, crocheting, and tatting. The former Dagmar Saari, she married John B. Lemieux on August 24, 1935. He preceded her in death on February 14, 1998. SURVIVORS include 2 children, Carol (William W. III) Cross of Norton Shores, Roger Lemieux of Norton Shores; 1 grandson, William W. Cross IV of Chicago. She was also preceded in death by 7 brothers and sisters. SERVICES will be held at 11:00 AM Monday at Central United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Dr. Randall R. Hansen officiating. Burial will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery. VISITATION at
