Nicole and Family,
Thinking of you at this most difficult time. Thoughts and prayers are sent for all of you!
Thoughts and prayers to all of my Chittenden "cuzzins". We all spent a lifetime growing up on Merz/Chittenden Rd. We all roamed the woods and fields. We swam down at the bayou, played ball in the yards and spent many a day just hanging around someone's house. I hope you find comfort in all those great memories of our families. John Merz
So sorry to hear of Dales passing. Our deepest sympathy to your family. Gene & Helen Polak
Thoughts and prayers go out to the Chittenden family. I have fond memories of visiting Uncle George & Aunt Gladys. Although I was very young then I do remember Dale and rest of Chittenden Family and send my condolences to all the Chittenden Family.
Sincerely,
Leora (Barbrick) Cammenga
Sabo's and Chittendens... Sounds like a rivalry, but in reality we helped each other grow up. All of us from the oldest to the youngest, respect and friendships grew stronger with each passing year. We knew the pecking order in the family and DADS were at the top! Did we challenge them, you bet we did! Most of us were boys, that is what you did until it was straightened out and we all knew who landed the ALPHA in the house... DAD. Daughters numbers were low, very low in each home... Dad protected each of them equally I am sure in each of our households.
I am very sorry for your loss...
Here is my fondest memory... many of you know we lived down the same road, we lived farther down towards the infamous "WILLOWS", and every day I had to drive by the Chittenden home, and more times than not Mom and Dad Chittenden were outside together or with some or all of the family in the front yard and a Respectable wave or lift of the hand to signal a firm Hello Friend was reciprocated. THAT IS MY MOST FOND MEMORY!
God bless you all, I will pray for peace in each of your hearts and mostly for your Mom. Dad and Bradly... Rest In Peace.
Joe Sabo
