Dale F. Hilliard's Obituary
Dale F. Hilliard, age 69, passed away on July 10, 2023, peacefully at home. He was born on October 16,1953, to Virgil and Dorothy (Lakanen) Hilliard. He grew up in Lakeside and resided in the Muskegon area his entire life.

Dale believed in giving back to his community and volunteered with various township boards and conservation organizations. He was a founder of Sportsmen for Youth and helped introduce wild turkeys back into Muskegon County.
On April 20, 1974, he married Vicky Smith in Muskegon. She survives him along with two daughters, Jennifer (Shawn) Moore and Hilary (Sarah) Hilliard; two grandchildren, Nate and Deanna Moore and brother, Randy (Julia) Hilliard, as well as his in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
