Dale M. Weisner's Obituary
Dale M. Weisner, age 82, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 28, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 24, 1942, to Delmar and Hazel (Waters) Weisner in Muskegon, MI where he remained an area resident most of his life. Dale was a member of the Reeths-Puffer High School class of 1961. He was a proud veteran having served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Dale married the love of his life, Helga Kotschner, on November 25, 1966, in Germany. Together they cherished 57 years full of love, laughter and many adventures. Dale was a true outdoorsman and enjoyed spending time out in the woods, either hunting or fishing. He was also an avid hockey and auto racing fan. His kind and tender-loving spirit will truly be missed by family and friends alike. Dale is survived by his loving wife, Helga Weisner, two sons, Garry (Cheri) Weisner and Mathew (Cheri) Weisner; six grandchildren, Tyler (Jasmin) Weisner, Logan Weisner, Alex Weisner, Mitchell Weisner, Lauren (Bob) Heine and Justin Weisner; two brothers, Wayne (Kathy) Weisner and Larry (Melody) Weisner; sister, Diane (Richard) Barnhart; sister-in-law, Pat Weisner; and many family members and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Paul Weisner. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at Twin Lake Community Church, 5940 Main St., Twin Lake, MI 49457.
