David Lee Beattie's Obituary
David Lee Beattie, age 71, passed away on October 17, 2025. He was born in Muskegon, MI on October 6, 1954, to Nelse and Betty (McAllister) Beattie. After high school, he went on to work for K-Mart for about 30 plus years and later retired from NTB Trucking Inc.
On August 5, 1979, David married Linda (Hunt), and together they spent 46 years building cherished memories.
A man of many interests, David enjoyed playing cribbage, chess, and watching NASCAR, but above all, he treasured the time spent with his family.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Linda; his two children, Tricia (Gerald) Werner and Scott Beattie; his grandchildren, Nathan and Carter Werner; and his brothers, Daniel (Cathy) Beattie and Dale (Sue) Beattie. He was preceded in death by his parents.
