Mr. David Bruce Bradford's Obituary
David Bruce Bradford, age 69, died Wednesday, December 20, 2017. He was born in Muskegon to Bruce and Eleanor (Chesney) Bradford on July 2, 1948 and was a lifelong Muskegon resident. David worked at Brenneman Inc. until their closing and later worked for Meijer on Norton until his retirement. He had a lifelong love of learning and was a past member of Phi Alpha Theta Honorary Society (history). He also loved sports (all of the Detroit teams) and remembered all the good times he had playing on city sports teams – Gov’s Market, Robin Hood Muffler, and Hungarian Hall fast pitch softball in his early days. He is survived by his fiancée, companion, and best friend, Linda Arnson and many friends at Meijer and DJ’s Pub. According to his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, please consider Harbor Hospice Foundation or Noah Project, where David got his cats, Buster and Hobo, or any animal rescue organization of your choice. The family is being served by The Sytsema Chapel, 737 Apple Ave. 231-726-5210. Please sign David’s online guestbook at www.sytsemafh.com.
