David "Dave" N. LeMieux's Obituary
David N. “Dave” LeMieux, age 75, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2020 surrounded by his family. He was born on October 15, 1944 in Muskegon to Albert and Lillian (Gundersen) LeMieux and was a life resident of the area. Dave was a member of the Muskegon Viking Lodge, Whitehall American Legion Post 69, and the White Lake Eagles. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing shuffleboard, boating, spending time camping with his family, and watching his grandson play football. Dave worked for General Motors for 22 years before retiring in 2006. On September 6, 1996 he married the former Pamela (Foulks) Lutz and she survives him along with four children, David LeMieux, Diana (Jeffrey) Lutz, Michelle (James) LeMieux Maxwell and Melissa Lutz Robles; four grandchildren, Amanda (Thomas) Koziol, Jordan Lutz, Justen Lutz, and Ryan Lutz; three great grandchildren; sister, Yvonne Bird; and many nieces, nephews and close friends. Dave was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold “Bud” LeMieux, Sr. and Gordon LeMieux; and two sisters, Audrey Lillmars and Dorothy Olah. VISITATION with the family will take place Wednesday, August 26, 2020 from 12PM – 2PM under the south portico of The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 S.
