Mr. David Radics Fogg's Obituary
Mr. David “Bud” Radics Fogg, age 85, passed away on February 6, 2015. He was born on February 14, 1929 to Earl and Elizabeth (Radics) Fogg. David served his country proudly, first in the US Navy and later in the US Army. After serving he married the former Betty Connell in 1953, and together they were blessed with 3 sons. He worked for Ott/Story/Cordova Chemical Co. for many years as a machine operator. Later in his life, he worked for Howmet until his retirement in the early 1990s. David was a simple man who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a long-standing member of the Northside Mr. Quicks Gang. David was a strong-willed, hardworking father, husband, brother and friend who will be deeply missed. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Betty; sons, Brian, Ron, and Paul (Christy) Fogg; grandchildren, Samantha, Andrew, and Vance Fogg; brothers, Leroy, John (Mari Beth), and Robert Fogg; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Ronald, Neil, and Warren Fogg; and sisters, Helen Gorman, Margaret Fogg, and Theresa Pearson. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at 11AM on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., 231-798-1100. VISITATION will be held on Wednesday from 5-7pm and also one hour prior to the start of the service. Memorial contributions can be made to The National Kidney Foundation or a charity of your choice.
