Mr. David C. "Magic" Majeski's Obituary
Mr. David C. “Magic” Majeski, age 72, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2016 in Muskegon. He was born on May 13, 1944 in Muskegon to Stanley and Mildred (Jaunese) Majeski. David lived in the Muskegon area all of his life and retired from the Brooks Correctional Facility as a correction officer. “Magic“ was an avid Lions fan and seldom missed a game. David was a 32-year member of AA and was very proud of that accomplishment. He enjoyed trips to the casino and motorcycles, but always kept his family first. SURVIVORS include his 3 children, David Majeski, Kevin Majeski and Janice DeVries; 5 grandchildren, Kristen, David, Julianna, Eric and Brittny; as well as several great-grandchildren. He is also survived by 2 sisters; Joan Majeski, Marie (David) League and his former wife, Alberta Parker. David was preceded in death by his brother, Stanley “Donald” and his sister, Janice. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 11:00AM Thursday, June 16, 2016 at The Walburn Chapel, 1547 W. Sherman Blvd., with Pastor Peter Yoshonis officiating. VISITATION will be held Wednesday evening 6-8 PM.
