David C. Neher's Obituary
Mr. David C. Neher, age 60, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at The Poppen Residence. He was born on December 29, 1962 to Charles Neher and Janet (Neher) Parker Grand Rapids. Dave attended Mona Shores Schools and graduated in 1982. He joined the United States Army and was very proud of his service to his country before being Honorable Discharged. Dave enjoyed spending his time watching movies, playing videos, and listening to music – especially classic rock. He attended several church services every Sunday with his Mission Point friends in Greenville. He had a knack to brighten anyone’s day simply by being around you and loved letting you know that he was, “keeping it cool.” Dave never let the little things bother him and always found the positive in any situation. His friendly smile and can-do attitude will be missed by his parents, Janet and John “Jack” Parker; siblings, Amy (Mike) Milliron and Michael (Rhonda) Neher; nieces and nephews, Jamie (Jonathon) Sheaffer and children, Benjamin and Camden; Ryan Milliron; Samantha (Ricky) Cassidy and children, Madison and Benjamin; April (Matt) Darland and children, Lincoln and Nolan; and Hannah Neher. Burial with Military Honors will be held Saturday, June 17 at 2:00PM at Laketon Twp. Cemetery. Arrangements by The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 S.
