David Charles Workman's Obituary
David Charles Workman, age 74, of Muskegon, Michigan, passed away on October 10, 2022 at his home. David was born in Muskegon on July 4, 1948 to Vernon and Ruth (Hogendyke) Workman. He was a graduate of Orchard View High School in 1966. David worked in sales for many years and in his spare time he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, coin collecting, traveling, Ebay and metal detecting. On February 18, 1967, he married the love of his life, Susan Louise Workman, and together they had three children. David is survived by his wife, Susan; his three children, Anne (Dan) Brush, Derek (Kricket) Workman and Chad (Laurie) Workman; three grandchildren, Chailey (Michael VanBergen) Brush, Drew (Georgie Knight) Brush and Adam Workman; two great-grandchildren, Ella and Adeline VanBergen; one great-grandchild on the way, Kennedy Brush; and his sister, Linda (Paul, deceased) Lewis. David was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Karen Harp; and brother, Richard Workman. A MEMORIAL VISITATION will be held Monday, October 17, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral and Cremation Services, 6291 S. Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI 49444.
