Mr. David P. Cook, age 74, died Sunday, May 11, 2008. He was born March 9, 1934 in Muskegon to Claire and Ruth (VandenBerg) Cook and had been a life resident. SURVIVORS include his wife, the former Mary Hartley; 2 daughters, Terri Cook-Clark and Cynthia Rayen; son, Michael Cook; and 4 grandchildren. SERVICES will be 1:00 PM Thursday at
