Deborah D. Evans' Obituary
Deborah Denise Evans was born in Montrose MS, but grew up in Muskegon Heights, MI. She attended Muskegon Heights High School, graduating class of 1984. She relocated to Louin MS in 2004. She was a member of New Bethal Church in Newton, MS. Deborah worked at a Laurel High School until her health would no longer let her work anymore. Niecy enjoyed her dog Sasha, spending time with her fiancé, Kimbel Moore and her family.
Deborah leaves to cherish her memories two sons, Maxwell (Marilyna) Love and Tracy (Melissa) Holloway, 7 grandchildren, her furbaby, Sasha, her fiancé, Kimbel Moore, two sisters, Darlene Evans, and Sharon Morris, two brothers, David Vaughns and Johnnie (Kiesha) Evans, special uncle and aunt Jessie (Annie) Keys and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Evans and Nancy Lyles Evans; brother, Douglas Lyles; nephews, Terrance Evans and David Sain and niece, Betty “Precious” Walker.
GOING HOME SERVICES will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, September 14, 2018 at City of Love Ministries Church, 1084 Allen St., with Pastor Kevin McCloud officiating. VISITATION with the family will be 4PM – 6PM on Thursday evening at The Sytsema Chapel, 737 E. Apple Ave., 231-726-5210. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the family. Burial will take place at Mona View Cemetery.
