Deborah Kay Larson's Obituary
Deborah K. Larson, age 64, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 18, 2026, in Muskegon, MI. She was born to James and Karen (Redner) Schugars on May 16, 1961, in Muskegon, MI. Deb is a 1979 graduate of Mona Shores High School. On September 6, 1980, she married the love of her life, Gregory A. Larson, in Muskegon, MI. and they were both blessed to have been able to spend 45 wonderful years together. Deb was a family-oriented woman who enjoyed being surrounded by her family and her grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoyed crocheting, traveling with family and friends, cooking, focusing on family and yearly anniversary trips with Greg to the Upper Peninsula. Deb is survived in death by her husband: Greg Larson; children: Nicholas Larson, Michelle Larson, Michael Larson; grandchildren: Amiah, Juniper, Evabelle; brothers: James (Susan) Schugars Jr., Jeffrey Schugars, Jon (Melissa) Schugars along with many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents: James and Karen Schugars. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Hands of Hope - The Foundation of The Cancer & Hematology Centers or Alzheimer’s Association.
