Debra Marlene Jawor's Obituary
Ms. Debra Marlene Jawor, age 57, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2011. She was born in Muskegon on May 26, 1953 to Carl and Mildred (Latsch) Jawor and lived in the area her entire life. Debra worked over 15 years as a self-employed adult foster caregiver. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses and attended the congregation on Apple Avenue. SURVIVORS include her son, Vinson S. Brooks of Muskegon; her father, Carl A. Jawor of Muskegon; 3 brothers, Mike (Kathy) Jawor of Muskegon, Jeff (Sherrie) Jawor of Ravenna, Carl Jawor of Ravenna; 1 sister, Annette (Thom) Jawor of Maine; special cousin, Lisa Jancek of Grand Rapids; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Jawor and her brother, Phillip Jawor. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, March 5, 2011 at The Lee Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 6291 S. Harvey Street (231) 798-1100 with Elder Jim Cobb speaking. VISITATION with Deb’s family will be one hour prior to the service, 10-11 AM Saturday at the funeral home.
