Delores "Dee" M. Smith's Obituary
Delores “Dee” Marie Smith, age 61, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2020. She was born on August 19, 1959 to Ernest and Leinore (Dellinger) Smith in Muskegon. Dee was a very caring person who loved spending time with her family. All the moments with her siblings, daughter and especially her grandchildren made her life filled with joy. She always enjoyed time around the campfire sharing memories and toasting her favorite marshmallows. Though a loving person, Dee did always have a feisty side throughout her life, that always made those close to her chuckle. She is survived by her daughter, Nicole (Andrew) Cross; grandchildren, Kyler Cross, Zachary Pray; brother, Michael Smith; sisters, Beverly Smith, Karen Smith, Mary Jo Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ernie Smith, Jr. A private family visitation will take place. Dee will be laid to rest at Lakeshore Cemetery.
