She took great pride in her home, meticulously maintaining her yard and cultivating many beautiful flower gardens. Dee and Don shared a love of travel, especially visiting the National Parks and wintering in Gulf Shores, where they formed many lasting friendships. They cherished their many trips to Mackinac City and Dee always looked forward to the annual Mackinac Bridge Walk.
