Denise Ann Provencher's Obituary
Denise Ann Provencher was brought into this world by God on the third day in November, in the year of 1955, and departed this life in peace to fly with Jesus in the late evening of September Eighth, 2016. She had passed away in her sleep without pain, inside her apartment, located in Cripple Creek, Colorado, due to heart failure. Denise was born to May and Paul Fazakerley Sr (deceased) in Muskegon Michigan. She had six siblings, Paul Fazakerley Jr, Terri & (Ken) Merkins, Glen & (Beth) Fazakerley, Gail Fazakerley, Yvonne & (Vern) Wilson, and Randy & (Robin) Fazakerley. Though she had many brothers and sisters, Denise only gave birth to one daughter, April Pollard; who gave Denise five precious grandchildren. Denise had last worked at Century Casino in Cripple Creek and attended Mountain Life Church. In her spare time she enjoyed crocheting, hiking, fishing, and spending time and talking to family and friends. She was a member of the Woodland Park Post 1980 ladies auxiliary for the past 5 years. Another huge part of her life was attending ladies bible study held every Wednesday at the Cripple Creek community center. She was also mother to a pet Cockatoo named Peetie who was the love of her life. Denise sincerely loved and cared for all of those in her life no matter the circumstances. She was a perfect example of true happiness, adversity, morality, and complete selflessness. Denise Ann Provencher existed in this world and in this life as a true angel on earth, and now walks next to God in heaven as that same angel, watching over her loved ones. Thank you to all who showed Dee the compassion and love that she gave and showed to all of those around her. She will be truly missed in this physical world, but travels with us still, always, and forever in our hearts.
