Dennis M. Krehn's Obituary
Dennis M. Krehn, 69, passed away on Friday, June 19, 2026. Born on June 26, 1956, in Muskegon to Richard and Shirley (Schnick) Krehn, he served in the U.S. Army National Guard for 37 years and worked for many years in the flooring industry. Dennis enjoyed staying active through fishing, deer camp, gardening, lawn care, and biking. His survivors include his mother, Shirley Schnick; six children—Dan (Kaurie) Workman, Kari Spinner, Becky Krehn, Sarah (Christopher) Huizenga, Andrew Baker, and Greg (Rachel) Poches; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and sisters Deanna Baker, Denise Medema, Debbie Eskew, Judy Keyes, and Diane Young. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Ricky Krehn. A Memorial Service with Military Rites will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, June 27, 2026, at The Sytsema Chapel of Sytsema Funeral and Cremation Services, 737 Apple Ave., Muskegon, MI. Visitation with the family begins one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Muskegon County Honor Guard Fund or the N.
