Dennis Michael Pintoski's Obituary
Mr. Dennis Michael Pintoski, age 69, passed away at his home in Muskegon on Sunday, June 19, 2022. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on January 31, 1953 to Leonard and Catherine Pintoski. Dennis was employed by the City of Muskegon for 35 years and oversaw the cemetery department prior to his retirement in 2014. He attended St. Mary’s of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and was a member of the Polish Falcon. He enjoyed photography, trips to the casino, horseback riding, dancing, and studying the stock market. On May 5, 2000, Dennis married the former Blanca Liliana Cuervo Aponte in Muskegon and she survives him along with four children, Colleen (Chris) Morse, Shawn (Kelly) Pintoski, Nicole (Ryan) Overkamp, and Becky Pintoski, nine grandchildren, Alex, Jasmine, Ian, Willa, Cory, Lilly, Natalie, Ashley, Janey; sisters, Sue (Albert) Rundel and Christine Pranga; brother, Steve (Kelly) Pintoski; mother-in-law, Blanca Aponte DeCuervo; and many extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and father-in-law, Ricardo Cuervo Aldana. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be 2:00PM Thursday, June 23, 2022 at St. Mary’s the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Fr. Kyle Kilpatrick presiding. VISITATION will be from 2-4 & 6-8PM Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at The Sytsema Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 737 E. Apple Ave., Muskegon, MI 49442 with the ROSARY prayed at 4PM.
