Dennis Visscher's Obituary
Mr. Dennis Visscher, age 92, passed away Monday, December 6, 2004. Mr. Visscher was born June 23, 1912 to John and Reka (Pikaart) Visscher in Reeman, MI. He was a member of Olivet Evangelical Church for many years and has been a member of Trinity Baptist Church for the past 15 years. Mr. Visscher was plant manager for Geerpress, Inc. for 25 years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mr. Visscher’s survivors include his wife, Esther; 2 daughters, Charlotte (John) Bos of Fruitport and Diane (James) Parker of Muskegon; 1 stepson, Lester (Judy) Price of Norton Shores; 1 brother, Edward (Alma) Visscher of Inverness, FL; and many precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wives, Thelma and Harriet; 2 brothers, Joe and Harry; 1 sister, Minnie Tanis and 1 stepson, Thomas Price. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held Wednesday, 11:00 A.M. at Trinity Baptist Church with Pastor Scott Church officiating. Visitation with the family will be after the service.
