Dennis A. "Denny" Carlson's Obituary
Mr. Dennis A. Carlson, age 63, passed away unexpectedly in his home. He was born February 5, 1948 to Ernest and Hulda (Johnson) Carlson. Dennis was a machinist at CWC. He loved photography, fishing, hunting, gardening, reading the Bible and was a life member of the VFW. Dennis is SURVIVED by his children, John Carlson, Janice Carlson; grandson, Nicholas Grant; brothers, Charles (Karen) Carlson, Bud (Elaine) Carlson, Richard (Ruth) Carlson, Larry Carlson; sisters, Lois Strohm, Dawn (Robert) Bowen, Eileen Ulrey. He is PRECEDED in death by his parents; sister, Rita Carlson; brother, Milton Carlson; brother-in-law, Herbert Strohm. The MEMORIAL service for Dennis will be Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the Don Rea VFW post #8846, 1061 Witham Rd., Muskegon, MI 49445. Interment will be at Fort Custer National Cemetery with full military honors. In lieu of flowers MEMORIAL contributions can be made to the family to cover funeral expenses.
