Dennis J. Sullivan's Obituary
Dennis John Sullivan, age 52, of Fruitport passed away Thursday, June 24, 2010, at his home. He was born August 2, 1957, to James H. and Anna G. (Hidden) Sullivan in Grand Haven. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War.
Dennis had been employed as an electrician at Power Specialties Division in Holland and attended Covenant Life Church in Grand Haven. He enjoyed the outdoors, riding his motorcycle and he also enjoyed carving custom made canes for veterans.
He is survived by his mother, Anna Sullivan of Avon Park, Florida; two aunts, Yvonne Sullivan of Grand Haven and Ruth Cauthen of Lamoyne, PA; also many cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, James in 1999.
The Service for Dennis will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 6, 2010, at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, Michigan. Interment will be in Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, Michigan.
