Mr. Derek J. Pavlin's Obituary
Derek Pavlin, age 25, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, October 7, 2017 at his home. He was born on January 20, 1992 to Robert Pavlin and Kathy (Stahlhut) Pavlin in Grand Haven. Derek lived in the Grand Haven area his whole life and graduated from Spring Lake High School in 2010. Derek always lived life in the fast lane, enjoying mountain biking, downhill skiing and riding dirt bikes. Derek also enjoyed playing the guitar and drums and was a talented artist. His wit and humor was extremely contagious. Derek will be missed by his mother, Kathy Pavlin and father, Robert Pavlin; sisters, Cassie Jaffe and Olivia Pavlin; aunts and uncles, Kim and Gary Vukovich, Janie and Ron Pavlin and Cathy Pavlin.
