Diane Marie Beck's Obituary
Diane Marie Beck, age 81, passed away at home on October 19, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 1, 1942, to Doras J. and Irene A. (Schrader) Bodenmiller in South Rockwood, MI. Diane was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Prior to 2002, she had worked as an administrative assistant at Howmet Aerospace before her retirement. Diane created a loving home for her family to be together. She loved being a mother and grandmother above all else. On September 8, 1967, she married Robert W. Beck, and he survives her along with their daughters, Ann (Christopher) Wilson and Julie (Peter) Johnson; 5 grandchildren, Eleanor Wilson, Tess (Jacob Schwartz) Wilson, Audrey Wilson, Hope Johnson and Cole Johnson; 3 brothers, Gary (Janet) Bodenmiller, Dennis (Kathi) Bodenmiller, Timothy (Kimberly) Bodenmiller; sisters, Judith (Charles) LaFleur and Beth (Gregory) Fones. Diane was preceded in death by her parents. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, October 25, 2024, at Prince of Peace Catholic Church (1110 Dykstra Rd.) with Rev. Fr. Godfrey Onyekwere presiding. VISITATION with the family will be held at church an hour prior to the Mass. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the Harbor Hospice Foundation.
