Diane M. Andrews' Obituary
Mrs. Diane M. Andrews, age 58, passed away Wednesday August 19, 2009 at home. She was born in Muskegon on May 5, 1951 to Ervin “Bud” and Ruth (Vredeveld) Peterson, and resided in the area her entire life. She was a member of Central Assembly of God Church, and worked for Muskegon Public Schools for over 20 years. On December 12, 1970 she married Dennis Andrews, and he survives her along with 2 sons, Matthew (Amber) Andrews and their son Landon of Muskegon and Eric Andrews of Chicago; sister, Linda (Gary) Parker of Muskegon; brothers, Mark (Patti) Peterson, Scott (Pam) Peterson, and Todd (Eva) Peterson all of Muskegon; mother-in-law, Elnora Andrews of Muskegon and many special nieces and nephews. SERVICES will be 11 AM Saturday at Central Assembly of God Youth Center (2620 McLaughlin Ave. Muskegon, MI 49442) with Dr. Gordon D. Aikin officiating. VISITATION with Diane’s family will be 6-8 PM Friday (this evening) at The Lee Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 6291 S. Harvey St. 231-798-1100 and 1 hour prior to the service, from 10-11 AM. Burial will take place in Fruitport Cemetery. Memorial Contributions to Harbor Hospice or local charities will be appreciated.
