Dolores J. Link's Obituary
Mrs. Dolores J. Link, age 80, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2014 at the Harbor Hospice Poppen Residence. She was born on March 8, 1933 in Muskegon to Verner and Eunice (Bowers) Paulson. Dolores worked at Coles Bakery and then Johnson Products for 13 years before retiring in 1968. On March 5, 1964, she married Donald Link and he preceded her in death on November 5, 2004. SURVIVORS include 2 sons, Brian Link of Baldwin and Joseph Link of Fruitport; 5 step-sons, Bruce Link, Rick (Lori) Link, Tim (Judy) Link, Kevin Link, and Jerry Link; 1 granddaughter, Holly Link and 8 step-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Gail (Ben) Gardner of Grand Haven, Carol Paulson of W. Dundee, IL; and sister-in-law, Phyllis Paulson of Illinois. Dolores was also preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Paulson; sister, Barbara Hosler; and step-son, Ron Link. The FUNERAL SERVICE will be 11AM Thursday at The Lee Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 6291 S. Harvey St. (231) 798-1100 with Chaplain Jan Johnson officiating. VISITATION with her family will be 6-8 PM Wednesday. Burial will take place in Fruitport Cemetery. Memorial Contributions to Harbor Hospice will be appreciated.
