Donald James Frazier's Obituary
Mr. Donald James Frazier, age 68, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, April 24, 2021. He was born in Muskegon, Michigan on July 29, 1952 to James and Margaret (Vanderlaan) Frazier. Don started Sportfisherman’s Center in Muskegon at the age of 18 and was still currently the owner and operator, along with his family. He was an active member of the Seaway Gun Club and the Spoonville Gun Club. Don enjoyed bird hunting, fishing, shooting, and reloading ammo. On November 3, 1978, Don married the former Tammy M. Robbins in Muskegon and she survives him along with their two sons, Michael (Lindsay) Frazier and their children, Silas and Bailey, and Justin (Ashley) Frazier and their daughter, Genevieve; brother, Thomas (Jan) Frazier; sister, LouAnne Frazier-Thomas; brother-in-law and best friend, Richard (Deb) Robbins, Jr.; brother-in-law, David Robbins; several nieces and nephews; long-time friend and trusted business associate, Jeff (Maren) Pfhistner; God-children, Joshua and Kaitlyn; and hunting dog and loyal companion, Yzerman. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Lindsay Frazier. A MEMORIAL SERVICE for Don will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, June 27, 2021 at Sportfisherman’s Center, 599 Ottawa St., Muskegon, MI 49442 with VISITATION following.
