Donald Lee McFarlin's Obituary
Mr. Donald Lee McFarlin, age 68, passed away Thursday morning, October 16, 2014. He was born May 31, 1946 in Muskegon to George McFarlin and Georgia Bryant. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of Vietnam and had worked for Great Lakes Die Cast. Don was an avid fisherman and enjoyed making fly fishing rods and tying his own fly fishing lures. SURVIVORS include his sister: Linda Arneberg of Roosevelt Park; a special nephew and niece that he helped raise: Bobby (Kathie) Bryant, Beckie (Andrew) DeVries; and several other nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents. According to Don’s wishes, there will be no services. MEMORIALS to the family to help defray funeral expenses will be appreciated.
