Donald Charles Moll's Obituary
Donald Charles Moll, age 91, of Grand Haven passed away at a Grand Rapids Area Hospital. He was born on January 7, 1922 in Grand Haven to Charles and Helen (Kaminski) Moll. He married Dora Kreusler on September 21, 1946 in Chicago, Illinois. They were married for 55 years when she preceded him in death on November 11, 2001.
Donald served his country in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, where he served as an elder. He was also a member of the Sgt. Alvin Jonker V.F.W. Post #2326. Donald worked at A&P Parts as a machine operator for over 39 years.
Donald is lovingly remembered by his daughter, Sandra Moll of Grand Rapids; son, Wayne (Laura) Moll of Grand Haven; 2 granddaughters; and 3 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dora; and parents, Charles and Helen.
A Funeral Service will be held at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Grand Haven on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 2 P.M. with Rev. Dieter Haupt officiating. Friends may meet the family one hour prior to the service at the church. Military rites will be accorded Donald by the Sgt. Alvin Jonker V.F.W. Post #2326.
