Donald A. Zoldan Sr. 's Obituary
Mr. Donald A. Zoldan, Sr, age 82, of Spring Lake passed away Thursday, October 3, 2019 at home. He was born August 6, 1937 in Chicago to Laddie and Mary (Osadnik) Zoldan. On October 9, 1959 he married the love of his life Rosemarie Batchelor.
Donald served his country in the US Army.
He is survived by his wife, Rosemarie; two children, Donald, Jr. (Deb) Zoldan of Grand Haven, and Denise (Martin) Johnson of Spring Lake; three grandchildren: Michael (Lacy) Zoldan, Jennifer Glossip, and Dylon (Hope) Meadows; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Tony (Chris) Zoldan, and Laddie Zoldan; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents: Laddie (Donna) Zoldan, Mary (Bill) Tomory; two brothers; one great-grandson.
Visitation will be held 12:00 – 2:00 PM Monday, October 7, 2019 at The Spring Lake Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 213 E. Savidge St. Spring Lake, MI 49456. Following the visitation there will be a graveside service at 2:30 PM at the Spring Lake Township Cemetery with military honors.
