We will all miss Don here at Dr. Wilton's office. I enjoyed talking with him. He was always so friendly and talked so fondly of his family. Take care, Sadie and all.##imported-begin##Becky Coburn @ Dr. Wilton's office##imported-end##

Don has been my very good friend and neibhbor for six and a half years though it often seems as if I'd known him all my life. We had lots in common and shared stories, laughs, and a shot or a beer now and again. The next time I break out a bottle it will be to toast Don. He always gave me his advice even if I wasn't seeking it and he taught me how to face life while facing the concessions of life many of us will have to face. It is so hard to make those admissions to one-self and to be utterly honest about. Don showed me how and it began with Faith in God.##imported-begin##Dennis Harpe##imported-end##

Dear Sadie and family,
Please accept our condolences.
I always heard good things about Don. Having moved from Spring Lake in 1961, I didn't get to see my extended family very often.
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.##imported-begin##Bob Senory and Kathy Jeske Senory##imported-end##
What a shock to open the paper tonight and see Don's name. I will surely miss him, his stories about days gone by, the war, and his thoughts about finances and banking. He was so wise and I appreciated his friendship. God bless you, his family, in these sad days. I thank God for His gift of memories and I trust yours are all good ones!##imported-begin##Jill Maitzen##imported-end##
Debbie and Family,
I'm so sorry for your loss. Even though I am in G.H., I probably won't be able to make it to the visitation. Who would ever think that we would both lose our fathers on the same day. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Love,
Amy##imported-begin##Amy (Bennink) Jastrzembski##imported-end##
