Donna Jean Erdman's Obituary
Mrs. Donna Erdman (formerly Donna Jaekel), age 76, went to be with the Lord Sunday morning, November 1. She passed away peacefully at her home with family. She had a strong faith and personal relationship with her Savior. She was a loving wife, mother, and homemaker. She enjoyed reading, yard work, and her daily walks around Montague. Mrs. Erdman is survived by her sons, Larry (Robin) and Steve (Marjorie) Erdman, and daughter Lori (Doug) Westrate. She has eight wonderful grandchildren, Hannah and Ashley Erdman, Kate, Logan and Jenna Erdman, Daniel, Luke and Jamie Westrate. She is also survived by brothers Bob, Denny, and Randy Jaekel and sisters Nancy Pavlak and Norrine Roland. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ron Erdman, and parents Clarence and Angeline Jaekel. The funeral service for Mrs. Erdman will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, November 5, at The Sytsema Chapel, 737 Apple Ave., (231) 726-5210 with Rev. Rick South officiating. Burial will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery in Montague. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
