Donna J. King's Obituary
Mrs. Donna J. King, age 82, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at Christian Care Nursing Center in Muskegon. She was born on April 23, 1934 in Hesperia to Knight and Alice (Hildreth) Osborn, and resided in the West Michigan area most of her life. Donna was an avid reader, liked to play bingo, and she loved golfing and fishing, but what she really enjoyed was spending time with her family. On September 23, 1950 she married Grant King, and together they had many fond memories prior to him preceding her in death in 1994. SURVIVORS include 5 children, Knight (Kimm) King, Lois (Charlie) Arnson, Grant John (Debbie) King, Kim Plummer, and Dean (Patty) King; 13 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; special friends, Bernie and MaryAnn Doublestein; and many niece and nephews. Donna was also preceded in death by brother, Don Osborn; sister, Joyce Goosen; and son-in-law, Scott Plummer. A Celebration of Donna’s Life will be 11AM Friday, June 17, 2016 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St. (231) 798-1100. Visitation with the family will be 1 hour prior to the service, from 10-11AM.
