Aunt Donna was always a part of my childhood. With living just down the street and being a best friend to Julie as well as her cousin, Aunt Donna always graciously opened her home to me. She was an aunt who was always full of energy and loving to all the children in the neighborhood. Before my family moved to Florida in 1970 I helped Aunt Donna with the kids in her inner-city club. I remember her having a love for those children and a passion for teaching them about Jesus.

Ed often recalled the time after an accident imobolized his right hand when Donna would come into his classroom and take notes for him and because she was so intelligent, probably tutored him as well. Although Ed and Donna fought like cats and dogs, I think she was his favorite and as both of them slid into that land of oblivion - Donna farther advanced than Ed - she would recognize his voice when we came to visit.
Irv, I just want to tell you what a Godly example you have been in your committment to your marriage vows! May God bless you as you face the future with a part of you missing.
