Donna I. Wilson's Obituary
Donna I. Wilson, age 90, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 23, 2020. She was born on June 10, 1930 to Charles and Arlie (Stewart) Wilson in Muskegon. A lifelong resident of the area, Donna worked at American Coil Spring Co. for over 38 years in quality control before retiring in 1990. Donna stayed busy during retirement, working first at Burger King then at Walmart, when she decided she was finally done working this past spring, just before her 90th birthday. Donna cared deeply for her family and constantly provided them. She was a loving person with a bubbly and feisty personality who loved always being around others. Donna stayed active bowling, hunting, playing tennis as well as playing and coaching slow-pitch softball. She received EMT training and was head of first aid while employed at American Coil. Donna will be missed by her sister, Shirley Ford; sister-in-law, Joanne Wilson; a host of nieces and nephews; and close friend, Karen Cole and families. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Charles (Verna) Wilson and Richard Wilson; sister, Vera (Wayne) Denman; and brother-in-law, Jack Ford.
