Dora Ruth Rohn (Stratton)'s Obituary
Dora Ruth Rohn (Stratton) age 83, died Sunday morning November 28, 2004 after a brief illness, at Brookhaven Nursing Home in Muskegon. She was preceded in death by all of her siblings and husbands Clinton H. Grant; Stanley Stratton; John Rohn. She is survived by the children of these marriages: Clinton J. (Mary) Grant; Gloria (Donald) Force; William (Ali) Stratton; Robert Stratton; 2 sons and 3 daughters of Mr. Rohn. Also surviving are many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Dora made her home in Muskegon and was a life long member of Fellowship Reformed Church and belonged to the VFW Ladies Auxiliary of Muskegon. She retired from the former Shaw Box Crane Company and was an avid sportswoman, excelling in hunting and fishing. Family members will receive visitors Monday 6 to 8 pm at Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc., 737 Apple Ave., 231-726-5210, and 1 hour prior to funeral services which will be held at 11 am Tuesday at Fellowship Reformed Church (4200 Apple Ave.) with Pastor Greg VanderMeer officiating.
