Doree Marie Senesac's Obituary
Doree Marie Senesac, age 62, passed away July 16, 2020. She was born November 6, 1957 in Muskegon to Claude and Dorothy (McKenna) Fox. She graduated from Muskegon Catholic Central, class of 1975, and went on to receive her bachelor’s degree from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids. After college Doree moved to California. While in California she met the love of her life, David Senesac. They married on May 31, 1986 in Carson City, MI and together they have two daughters, Justine McHenry and Carly Senesac. A great joy in her life was spending time with her grandson, Killian McHenry. Her interests included attending University of Michigan sporting events and caring for her many pets throughout her lifetime. Doree is survived by her mother, Dorothy Fox; her daughters Justine (Corey) McHenry and Carly (engaged to Patrick Littleton) Senesac; her husband of 33 years, David Senesac; grandson Killian McHenry; her sisters, Claudia (Terry) Taft and Cheryl Fox; her brother, Jeffrey (Mary Ann) Fox; 29 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Claude Fox and special uncle Thomas McKenna. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at 11:00 AM at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 2929 McCracken Ave., Norton Shores, MI. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 21, from 5-7 PM, also at the church. A prayer vigil will begin 6:45 PM Tuesday at the church. Burial will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
