Doris L. Pietrala's Obituary
Mrs. Doris L. Pietrala, age 86, died early Saturday morning, March 18, 2006. She was born June 27, 1919 in Cadillac, MI to Frank and Anna (Froberg) Parker and had been a resident of Muskegon for most of her life. Mrs. Pietrala was a member of St. Francis deSales Catholic Church and an avid golfer and card player. On September 5, 1942, she married Wesley A. Pietrala in Muskegon and he preceded her in death on November 17, 1980. SURVIVORS include 1 son, Wesley A. (Marion) Pietrala, Jr. of Arlington Heights, IL; 2 daughters, Constance Pietrala and her husband Richard Cravens of Kalamazoo, Diann (Timothy) Hawes of Muskegon; 4 grandchildren, Lisa Pietrala, Jodi Pietrala both of Arlington Heights, IL, Suzanne Hawes and her husband Daniel Summerfeld of Kalamazoo, Colleen Hawes and her husband Andrew Hartmann of Muskegon; 2 great-grandchildren, Ansel Hartmann and Wilhelmina Hawes; 3 sisters, Pauline DeVries of Norton Shores, Louise Luci of Muskegon, and Florence Miller of Florida.
